Perched atop the rugged cliffs at Australia’s most easterly point, the Cape Byron Lighthouse stands as a sentinel over Byron Bay. Its stark white facade, built in 1901, contrasts beautifully against the deep blue of the Pacific Ocean and the lush greenery surrounding it.

The panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, beaches and surrounding countryside are phenomenal. We were able to watch a hang glider as it soared above us.
