Siem Reap, Cambodia

This is our last day in Siem Reap. We really have enjoyed visiting Cambodia. The people are really sweet. They are very family oriented, hard working and really stress the importance of education.  They are very supportive of their community and want to strive to help others within their country.

We had a light lunch in the hotel’s restaurant and Amy, one of the managers at the hotel, presented us with a lovely fruit plate. The fruit was shaped in two hearts and in chocolate the chef wrote “we will miss you”.  I guess we made a good impression on the staff.

We also visited pub street and the night market. The city is pretty and very lively at night.
