Today we visited several sites beginning with the Bristol City Hall, the Bristol Cathedral and walked up to the Cabot Tower. The Tower sits on top of Brandon Hill and is the highest point in the city. It was built in 1897 to  commemorate the 400th anniversary of the journey of John Cabot from Bristol to land which later became Canada.
