We took a walk up to the top of Aventine Hill. Great views of the city! It was a peaceful neighbourhood with lovely homes, hotels and apartment buildings! I believe this is the nicest neighbourhood that we have seen in Rome.  At the top there is a keyhole called: the Knights of Malta Keyhole. You can see the dome of the St. Peter’s Basilica through the keyhole.
